Compliance & Peace of Mind
We are built to be a low-risk, easy-to-approve partner for public and third-sector organisations.
Our primary commitment is to the safety of participants. We operate in line with your organisation's existing safeguarding policies and procedures. Before any project begins, we conduct a risk assessment and ensure our on-the-ground facilitators are fully briefed on your specific reporting lines and escalation routes for any concerns.
We understand that different venues and programmes have varying requirements for background checks. Facilitators can be DBS-checked to the appropriate level (Basic, Enhanced, or Enhanced with Barred List check) as required by the specific engagement. This is factored into the project scope and timeline during the initial planning phase.
We are committed to data minimisation. We only collect essential data for monitoring and reporting purposes. All data is stored securely, and we have a clear data retention policy. By default, all reporting is anonymised to protect participant privacy. We are registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office).
We hold both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance to ensure full coverage for our services. Certificates and details of our cover are available on request as part of any formal procurement process.
We are flexible in how we engage with clients. We can work as a named subcontractor to a prime supplier you already have a relationship with. We can also be engaged directly, subject to your organisation's procurement rules and value thresholds. We are experienced in providing the necessary documentation for supplier onboarding.
Our standard process is staged invoicing, which aligns with project milestones. A typical structure is: 1) Mobilisation fee upon contract signing, 2) Mid-point fee upon delivery commencement, and 3) Final payment upon project completion and report delivery. We can adapt this to fit your organisation's payment processes.
